When it comes to climate action projects, There is little time to act and the world can’t afford to continue to get this wrong. Imagine the scenario where Africa achieves only 35% of its climate action objectives. What would the future of the continent be like?

As a Professionally registered engineer and project manager. I have successfully lead projects in mining, metals and infrastructure sectors. I have become a thought leader in project delivery, including contributing to the Project Management Institute’s podcast series and megatrends reports. I am also a recipient of the Global Rising Leader award for 2022 conferred by the Project Management Institute.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
I believe we all ought to be the change we wish to see in the world, and a significant portion of my work is dedicated to advancing women in male dominated fields. I am a thought leader on diversity, equity and inclusion after having led successful programmes . I also serve As the current chair of the South Africa Institution of Civil Engineering’s (SAICE) Diversity & Inclusivity panel.
Mentoring and advancing women
Women remain underrepresented in STEM careers and one of the ways to improve this is by intentionally introducing diverse role models like myself. Therefore I speak at mentoring events as a relatable young female in STEM
